NOTE: Due to the exceptional COVID circumstances we are in at the moment, we will be accepting returns up to 30 days (instead of the usual 14 days) following the delivery of your package.
Please contact us at customercare@FERAGGIO.com for a return label or use the return portal https://FERAGGIO.shipping-portal.com/returns/ You will need either your track & trace number or your order number, which you can both find in the shipment confirmation email you received when you FERAGGIOs were shipped.

LUXURY OUTLET RETURN POLICY: When you purchase a Feraggio pair in our Luxury Outlet,you agree to adhere to the following conditions:
- Return is possible, however the purchased amount will not be refunded. It will be converted into a “store credit”, that you can use anywhere online, in our shop at the Feraggio Headquarters, or gift to a friend;
- Exchange is possible; however, we allow outlet pairs to be exchanged only 1 time. If the desired pair is no longer in stock, you can choose any other pair in our store. Please note though that you may be required to pay an additional fee if the exchanged pair you choose is more expensive than the pair you originally bought;
- In the event that you would like to exchange for a second time, we will charge shipping costs for the return and the re-shipping.
We just want to make sure that you are aware of the LUXURY OUTLET RETURN POLICY before shipping your order. If you missed this policy and after reading have decided to cancel your order, please let us know and we will issue you a refund.
If we don’t hear anything from you within 24 hours after placing your order, we will assume you agree with the Luxury Outlet Return Policy conditions and process and ship your order.
Trying on at home
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: Please be very careful when trying on your FERAGGIOs and make sure to take them for a spin on a soft surface, such as a towel or carpet.
DO NOT WALK ON A WOOD FLOOR OR A STONE TILED FLOOR!
FERAGGIO heels should be returned undamaged, unworn, and in their original FERAGGIO Black Box, including the original FERAGGIO shipping box. Unworn heels have a clean sole and are free of damage. When trying FERAGGIO heels on for size, please stand on a soft surface and do not remove the hygienic plastic strip until you are sure you are keeping them. Please do not stand on a wood or stone tiled floor.
Following these guidelines will protect the sole from damage and will make sure your refund or exchange is processed effortlessly. Shoes that are returned without the box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Returns are usually processed within 5 business days upon receival. Please note that delays in processing returns may occur during the busy holiday season.
Feraggio offers free worldwide shipping on all full priced products. Please note: Feraggio is not available for delivery to post office boxes or hotels.
All orders are shipped worldwide with priority high-level shipping methods. All shipments that are sent by Feraggio are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of delivery (guided by track & trace information), this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Orders placed before 12:00h Central European Time on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on the following Monday.

Taxes & duties
We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Our product prices exclude all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As the amount depends on each country’s policies, please make sure to check the conditions which apply to your country.
Feraggio insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We use the 'track & trace' information as evidence of delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then we also use the ‘track & trace’ information as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Feraggio and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Delivery locations; Can I choose where my order is delivered?
If you are sending a gift or have a different location preference, such as your workplace, you can choose a different address to your billing address. Please note: Feraggio is not available for delivery to post office boxes or hotels.
How soon can I expect my order?
You can expect your order at the address you indicated within the business days shown in our delivery times and schedule for each country. The indicated days start as of the receipt of your payment.
I placed an order a while ago, but it still hasn't arrived
Orders are dispatched upon payment. Orders are canceled if payment is not received within 7 days of receipt of the order. If payment has been processed successfully from your account, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and proof of payment so we can send you your Feraggios as soon as possible.
Cost of returns
There are costs associated with returning an item. For the return shipping for all countries except the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany and France we charge € 25 (this is just part of the total shipping costs). These costs are subtracted automatically from your refund amount.
Please note that Feraggios that were not purchased at Feraggio.com or in our warehouse cannot be exchanged or refunded. Also, we can only accept returns from the country to which the shipment was sent.

A full refund is processed upon receiving item(s) in the original packaging and condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account as processing times vary between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Sales tax in case of refund
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Feraggio. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account as processing times vary between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
We accept return up to 14 days following the delivery of your package. Returns outside this timeframe is at the discretion of Feraggio, and will only be refunded as a store credit.

When can I expect to see the refund appear on my account?
Our returns procedure begins as we receive your undamaged, unworn Feraggios in original packaging. We refund your money within 10 business days.
If you would prefer another size, color or heel height, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the return note the new size, color or heel height. If this size is not available, we will inform you by email and refund you the amount for your purchase.
All orders are personally checked and hand packed. However, if you have received your Feraggios damaged or you find that there is a quality issue, please contact the customer service team by email or telephone: email@example.com / T: +31 20 822 80 29 (Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM (CET).
You cannot claim warranty where there is normal wear, damage by intent or damage caused by lack of proper nurturing following the care instructions.
