Our factory men and women that make shoe manufacturing their life and their profession know that FERAGGIO is made with extraordinary high quality.

After more than 152 manual steps and 16 people working on each pair, putting it all together in a sustainable production process with their fine machinery finally materializes into a perfect pair FERAGGIO heels.

Everything begins with the choice of high-quality materials: suedes, leathers, colorful fabrics, and prints, adding all the components of top-quality suppliers.

Next is the cut: the outline of the shoe is traced on the material that will give life to the shoe upper.

At the same moment at another station in the factory, women are busy sewing the innersole with the utmost precision in stitch wideness.

The logo is handprinted in each shoe as the press embeds the logo, making sure that the FERAGGIO in gold shines at first glance of each shoe.

The prepared upper materials are covered in glue with wild brush strokes, and although it looks like these people are coarse in their ways of doing that, they know exactly what they are doing.

Then the lasts, molds that are modeled on the foot are used to construct the shoe around. So molding the finished uppers into a shape of the foot around these last results is the shoe taking its permanent elegant shape.

Then the nailing following each curved detail of the elegance going from one expert to the next and from one machine to the next in the assembly line. Each station has its own tiny little detail going into perfection with expert hands to close all sides of the model.

Then polishing and buffing makes it ready for the final quality control where the finishing touches are made to the outstanding quality of the final product.
