Which is why she founded Straw by Straw: providing high-quality, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing straws, made out of wheat. MEET THE MAN OF THE HOUR: FREDERICK MAN

Frederick Man is the founder of Frederick Women's Club. This club organizes customized events for its 400 members: a diverse group of women who all share a positive mindset and are eager to share their business knowledge and experiences.

Frederick Women’s Club is centered around empowerment. As Frederick put's it: "The modern century needs new kinds of businesses, entrepreneurs and leaders. Women have been required to create different work and home versions of themselves. For women to be fulfilled, they need to be fully integrated – and owning a business is a vehicle to make that possible. And it just so happens that bringing yourself and a value-centric approach to your business is not only nice, it is the single greatest factor to success. That’s why I created a network and a platform for women”.
